GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

In order to benefit from the services offered by our campsite, we ask you to carefully read the general conditions below. These conditions govern the sales of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full adherence to our general conditions.RESERVATION CONDITIONS– Booking becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of the completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general sales conditions when booking online.– Reservations bind the campsite only if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances that may hinder the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family stays in the traditional sense, accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to bypass it.– The reservation of a camping pitch or rental is made strictly personal. You may not under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.Camping pitch

– The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.Rental
– Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is for 2 to 6 people depending on the type of rental.
– The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.TARIFFS AND TOURIST TAX– The prices indicated are valid for the current year. They correspond to a day, for pitches, and to the week, and are in euros, including VAT.
– The tourist tax amount is 0.25 € per night and per person aged 18 and over.PAYMENT CONDITIONS– For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the reserved services must be paid at the time of booking at the campsite.
– The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay at the campsite.
– For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS1. Modification of your reservation
– Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
– In the absence of a message from you indicating a change of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and as a result, you lose the benefit of your reservation.

2. Unused services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) on your part will not give rise to any refund.

3. Cancellation by the campsite
In case of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.YOUR STAY

4. Arrival
– The arrival days are variable depending on the period (inquire directly with the campsite).
– Rental accommodations: On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 4 p.m., the inventory having been carried out beforehand. When you receive the keys to your rental, a deposit of 200 € is required. This deposit will be refunded to you upon your departure and after the inventory, if your accommodation is returned without any damage and in perfect cleanliness upon your departure.

5. During your stay
It is the camper's responsibility to ensure : the campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, and in cases of incidents falling under the camper's civil liability.
All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
Each entitled camper is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by the people staying with him or visiting him.

6. Departure
Rental accommodations: On the departure date indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. The accommodation will be returned in perfect cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged items will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises, if necessary. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after deducting any compensation for possible damages noted in the check-out inventory. The deduction of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed its amount. If the departure is outside the opening hours of the reception and without our control, a cleaning package of 80 € will be invoiced regardless of the type of rental.
If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning package worth 80 € incl. VAT will be required.
For any delayed departure, an extra day will be charged at the current nightly rate.DOGLSDogs are accepted in the campsite for a fee payable at the time of booking, except for dogs of 1st and 2nd category. Only one animal per rental and per pitch is accepted. Upon your arrival, if you arrive with a second dog, the keys will not be handed over and no refund will be made. When allowed, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around the water and in the buildings. The vaccination certificate for dogs and cats must be up to date.DISPUTEIn the event of a dispute and after contacting the establishment's 'customer service,' any campsite customer has the option of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the operator.CAMPING LIABILITYThe customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information mentioned in the campsite's brochure or website regarding presentation photos, qualifications, activities, leisure, services, and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the campsite's brochure or website are not contractual. They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are removed, especially for climatic reasons or in cases of force majeure as defined by French courts.INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOMSThe collection of personal data, their use for processing orders and the establishment of customer files, and their disclosure to third parties responsible for the execution and payment of orders is subject to the consent of the person concerned.
The processing of personal data, which are collected and kept by the seller solely for the purposes of good administration of orders and commercial relations, has been declared to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty. Personal data is only kept for a strictly necessary period for the provision of the service.
The provider only collects and uses the data strictly necessary to meet the needs and services for which they were collected.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the service beneficiary has the right at any time to access, modify, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning them, or limit their processing and portability, the data controller being our administrative office to which it is sufficient to write, for any request on this subject, to the address of the campsite indicating your names, first names, and address.
The provider includes the requirements for the protection of personal data in all its new procedures and service offerings.
The provider undertakes not to disclose information relating to its customer or their property to which they have had access in the performance of their service.
This data will not be transferred to a non-member state of the European Union.CANCELLATION GUARANTEEReservation cancellation: it is reminded to the customer that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L-221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts for accommodation services which must be provided on a specific date or period.INTERNAL REGULATION:It is posted at the entrance of the campsite. All customers must comply with the campsite's internal regulations.
Non-compliance with the regulations may result in expulsion from the campsite without any refund.
