INTERNAL REGULATIONS 

I. - General conditions 

 
1. Admission and stay conditions 

 
a) To be allowed to enter, settle or stay at the campsite, permission must be granted by the manager or his representative. The latter is obliged to ensure the good condition and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of this internal regulation. 
Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of this regulation and the commitment to comply with it. 
No one can establish a domicile there. 

b) any person intending to stay at the campsite for at least one night must, beforehand, present to the manager or his representative their identity documents and complete the required formalities. 

c) Every user must present valid liability insurance at registration. 

 
2. Police formalities 

 
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them. 
In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality, upon their arrival, complete and sign an individual police form. It must include in particular: 
1° The last name and first names; 
2° The date and place of birth; 
3° Nationality; 
4° Usual residence. 
Children under 15 years of age can be included on the form of one of the parents. 

 
3. Installation 

 
a) Outdoor accommodations (tent, caravan, other…) and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. Any change of location is subject to the prior approval of the manager. 

b) Caravans or other mobile homes must always keep their mobility means, such as wheels and towing equipment, equipped with regulatory braking and signaling devices. This is necessary to be able to vacate the location immediately when required by the manager. 

c) 1 vehicle, 1 caravan or 1 tent per location. Parking available outside of the campsite (unsupervised). 

 
4. Reception office 

 
The reception office is open every day 

high season:  from 01/05 to 30/09 from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. 

                       on Sundays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 

low season: from 01/10 to 30/04 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 

                      on Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00 

 
The reception office provides all information on the campsite services, information on supply possibilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the area, and various addresses that may be useful (medical emergencies, etc…) 
A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to clients. 

 
5. Posting 

 
This internal regulation is posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception office. It is provided to each client upon request. 
For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention of tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. 
The prices of the different services are communicated to the clients under the conditions set by order of the minister in charge of consumption and are available at the reception. 

 
6. Fees and departure procedures 

Fees are to be paid at the reception office (during opening hours) or online via the campsite’s website (when booking online). 

Rates are displayed at the campsite entrance, at the reception office, and on the website. 

They are due according to the number of nights spent at the campsite and must be paid upon arrival. 

 
Clients are requested to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Clients intending to leave before the opening hours of the reception office must pay for their stay the day before (water, electricity, etc…) 

The location must be vacated before 12 o’clock, an additional day will be charged if departure occurs after this time. 

 
7. Noise and silence 

 
Clients are asked to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. 
Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. The closing of doors and trunks should be as discreet as possible. 

 
Only pets (Dogs, Cats) are allowed in the campsite. They should never be left unrestrained. They should not be left in the campsite, even if enclosed, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. 

Pets must be taken outside the campsite for their needs. Their excrement must be picked up. A vaccination record must be provided upon request of the campsite manager. 

 
The manager ensures the tranquility of his clients by setting specific hours during which silence must be maintained. 

Silence must be maintained between 10PM and 7AM. 

 
8. Visitors 

 
a) After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. 

No visitor can be admitted to the campsite between 10PM and 7AM. 

 
b) The client can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The facilities and installations of the campsites are accessible to visitors. However, the use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception. 
Visitor cars are prohibited on the campsite. 

 
9. Circulation and parking of vehicles  
a) Within the campsite, vehicles must travel at a limited speed. 
The maximum traveling speed is 10 km/h  
b) Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there can circulate within the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on the locations usually occupied by accommodations unless parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the arrival of new arrivals.  c) 1 vehicle allowed per pitch. Parking is available outside the campsite (unsupervised). d) Vehicle circulation is prohibited between 10PM and 7AM.     
10. Maintenance and appearance of installations  
a) Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its installations, particularly sanitary facilities. Parents are requested to accompany young children to the sanitary facilities.  
b) It is prohibited to dump waste water on the ground or in the gutters. It is forbidden to store and use washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens on the pitch. Users must pour into the facilities provided for this purpose or into the common sanitary facilities, the wastewater resulting from the use of private toilets (chemical or other) in their caravan/mobile home. Users can only connect to the campsite's sanitation network the dishwater.   
 
c) Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the trash cans. Selective waste sorting must be respected. All bulky objects (refrigerator carcass, iron bars, sheets, etc.) are excluded.  
e) Car washing is strictly prohibited inside the campsite. f) Washing of laundry and dishes is strictly prohibited outside the designated facilities for this purpose.  
g) Clothes drying will take place, if necessary, at the common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 11 o’clock near the accommodations, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be done from trees. The installation of individual umbrella dryers on the pitches must be authorized by the manager.  
h) Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to nail into trees, cut branches, private plantings must receive prior authorization from the manager or his representative. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, land, or campsite facilities is the responsibility of the perpetrator. i) For year-round residents, the payment of the fee does not include the maintenance of interior parcels delimited by fences or equivalent or containing too many personal objects. The maintenance then becomes the responsibility of the lessee. 

 
j) It is not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground and carry out masonry work. 

 
The location that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it upon entry into the premises. 

k) prohibition of displaying or advertising on the pitches or campsite fences. 

l) Building huts (wooden shelters with corrugated sheets, or chipboard or others) 

m) Installations must not receive any additions, except awnings in good condition and with satisfactory aesthetic appearance (color, materials, etc.), and after prior approval of the manager. Any addition not meeting these conditions must be immediately removed at the manager's request. 

No modification can be made without obtaining approval from the manager. 

 
11. Safety 

 
a) Fire. 

 
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Barbecues must be kept in good working condition and not used in dangerous conditions. Wood barbecues are available at various locations in the campsite, please respect these. 

 
In case of fire, immediately notify the management. The fire extinguishers can be used in case of need. 

 
A first aid kit is available at the reception. 

 
b) Theft. 

 
The management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper is responsible for their own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. 

Although surveillance is provided, clients are encouraged to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. 

c) Electricity 

For the distribution of electricity to caravans, the amperage is limited to 10A. Each caravan must be connected by means of a cable complying with current standards and will be responsible for its own equipment in case of a fault or accident resulting from it. 

 
12. Games 

 
No violent or bothersome games may be organized near the facilities. 
The reception office may not be used for active games. 
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents. 

 
13. Dead Storage 

 
No unoccupied equipment may be left on the site, except with the agreement of the management and only at the specified location and under your responsibility. This service may be subject to a fee. 

 
14. Breach of internal regulations  
a) In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of this internal regulation, the manager or his representative may verbally or in writing, if deemed necessary, require the latter to cease the disturbances.  
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the internal regulations and after being required by the manager to comply with them, the manager may immediately terminate their stay/contract . 
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call on the police. b) Servitude : At any time, a right of way will be granted free of charge for the various pipelines, in the general interest of the campsite on each of the pitches without the tenant being entitled to any compensation for its inconveniences or its duration. The tenant must also allow the campsite manager or any person mandated for this purpose to enter the premises for checking. 15. Enforcement This regulation is posted at the entrance of the campsite, at the door of the reception office. It will be handed to campsite users. Violations of this regulation will be ascertained and pursued in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. (1) To be completed by the operator. An information notice is systematically provided by the operator to clients wishing to rent a pitch for year-round occupancy prior to signing the lease contract. They confirm having read it. 
Clients renting a pitch for the year under a one-year renewable contract cannot establish their domicile in the campsite or leisure residential park. 
The information notice must specify the following information, before the conclusion of the lease contract: On the content of the contract SIRET number, opening period, pitch number and surface specifying the arrangement of the leisure accommodation on the rented pitch and the renewal conditions including indemnification conditions in case of non-renewal of the contract at the operator’s initiative, if the owner has contributed to the installation costs of their accommodation. 
Identification of the accommodation owner (name, address…) and persons allowed to stay on the pitch, type of leisure mobile residence: brand, model, color, manufacturing and acquisition dates, surface area, and maximum capacity (in number of persons), supplier identification of the leisure mobile residence (name, business name, address, guarantee and liability conditions). Regarding obsolescence The obsolescence of a leisure mobile residence is assessed based on a description established jointly between the pitch renter and the accommodation owner. This description must include the following information: interior and exterior condition of the leisure mobile residence, exterior aesthetic appearance, general condition of the chassis, mobility state, safety and environmental appearance, additional equipment (if any, to be determined with the operator). Various points The tenant must have insurance covering their leisure mobile residence (particularly against theft, fire or explosion, as well as civil liability). 
The campsite operator will inform the tenant of: 
― the limitation of the number of people on the pitch; 
― the conditions of use of the garden shed. 
The operator and the tenant agree on the conditions for possible subletting of the leisure mobile residence. 
In the event of selling the leisure mobile residence by the manager, it can be agreed that the owner of the outdoor accommodation remunerates the operator by a commission of a pre-determined amount agreed upon corresponding to the actual visits and marketing of said accommodation. Regarding the modification of the internal regulations 

If applicable, the notice must inform the client at least six months before the effective date of substantial changes to the internal regulations. 

Mandatory reminder of the applicable regulations 
for the installation of outdoor accommodations 

a) Definition of the leisure mobile residence: 
Leisure mobile residences are habitable land vehicles, intended for temporary or seasonal leisure use, which retain mobility means allowing them to be moved by traction but which the road code prohibits from being circulated (article R.* 111-33 of the town planning code). 
b) Installation rules for the leisure mobile residence: 
In accordance with article R. 111-34 of the town planning code, the installation of leisure mobile residences is only authorized on the following developed sites: 
― campsites duly created; 
― residential leisure parks; 
― holiday villages classified as light accommodation within the meaning of the tourism code (art. D. 325-3-3 of the tourism code). 
They cannot be installed on private land. In application of article R. 111-34-1 of the town planning code, leisure mobile residences cannot be installed on a location that has been the subject of a sale in full ownership, a transfer of social rights entitling to its allocation in ownership or enjoyment, or a lease for a term exceeding two years, located within a campsite, holiday village, or family home. 
Leisure mobile residences can be stored, for their future use, on sites dedicated to collective caravan and leisure mobile residence storage, public open parking areas, and vehicle depots (art. R. 111-35 of the town planning code).

Leisure mobile residences can be stored, for their future use, on sites dedicated to collective caravan and leisure mobile residence storage, public open parking areas, and vehicle depots (art. R. 111-35 of the town planning code).

I. - General conditions 

 
1. Admission and stay conditions 

 
a) To be allowed to enter, settle or stay at the campsite, permission must be granted by the manager or his representative. The latter is obliged to ensure the good condition and order of the campsite as well as compliance with the application of this internal regulation. 
Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of this regulation and the commitment to comply with it. 
No one can establish a domicile there. 

b) any person intending to stay at the campsite for at least one night must, beforehand, present to the manager or his representative their identity documents and complete the required formalities. 

c) Every user must present valid liability insurance at registration. 

 
2. Police formalities 

 
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them. 
In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code of Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality, upon their arrival, complete and sign an individual police form. It must include in particular: 
1° The last name and first names; 
2° The date and place of birth; 
3° Nationality; 
4° Usual residence. 
Children under 15 years of age can be included on the form of one of the parents. 

 
3. Installation 

 
a) Outdoor accommodations (tent, caravan, other…) and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. Any change of location is subject to the prior approval of the manager. 

b) Caravans or other mobile homes must always keep their mobility means, such as wheels and towing equipment, equipped with regulatory braking and signaling devices. This is necessary to be able to vacate the location immediately when required by the manager. 

c) 1 vehicle, 1 caravan or 1 tent per location. Parking available outside of the campsite (unsupervised). 

 
4. Reception office 

 
The reception office is open every day 

high season:  from 01/05 to 30/09 from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. 

                       on Sundays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 

low season: from 01/10 to 30/04 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 

                      on Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00 

 
The reception office provides all information on the campsite services, information on supply possibilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the area, and various addresses that may be useful (medical emergencies, etc…) 
A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to clients. 

 
5. Posting 

 
This internal regulation is posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception office. It is provided to each client upon request. 
For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention of tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. 
The prices of the different services are communicated to the clients under the conditions set by order of the minister in charge of consumption and are available at the reception. 

 
6. Fees and departure procedures 

Fees are to be paid at the reception office (during opening hours) or online via the campsite’s website (when booking online). 

Rates are displayed at the campsite entrance, at the reception office, and on the website. 

They are due according to the number of nights spent at the campsite and must be paid upon arrival. 

 
Clients are requested to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Clients intending to leave before the opening hours of the reception office must pay for their stay the day before (water, electricity, etc…) 

The location must be vacated before 12 o’clock, an additional day will be charged if departure occurs after this time. 

 
7. Noise and silence 

 
Clients are asked to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. 
Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. The closing of doors and trunks should be as discreet as possible. 

 
Only pets (Dogs, Cats) are allowed in the campsite. They should never be left unrestrained. They should not be left in the campsite, even if enclosed, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. 

Pets must be taken outside the campsite for their needs. Their excrement must be picked up. A vaccination record must be provided upon request of the campsite manager. 

 
The manager ensures the tranquility of his clients by setting specific hours during which silence must be maintained. 

Silence must be maintained between 10PM and 7AM. 

 
8. Visitors 

 
a) After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. 

No visitor can be admitted to the campsite between 10PM and 7AM. 

 
b) The client can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The facilities and installations of the campsites are accessible to visitors. However, the use of these facilities may be subject to a fee, which must be displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception. 
Visitor cars are prohibited on the campsite. 

 
9. Circulation and parking of vehicles  
a) Within the campsite, vehicles must travel at a limited speed. 
The maximum traveling speed is 10 km/h  
b) Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there can circulate within the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on the locations usually occupied by accommodations unless parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the arrival of new arrivals.  c) 1 vehicle allowed per pitch. Parking is available outside the campsite (unsupervised). d) Vehicle circulation is prohibited between 10PM and 7AM.     
10. Maintenance and appearance of installations  
a) Everyone must refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite and its installations, particularly sanitary facilities. Parents are requested to accompany young children to the sanitary facilities.  
b) It is prohibited to dump waste water on the ground or in the gutters. It is forbidden to store and use washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens on the pitch. Users must pour into the facilities provided for this purpose or into the common sanitary facilities, the wastewater resulting from the use of private toilets (chemical or other) in their caravan/mobile home. Users can only connect to the campsite's sanitation network the dishwater.   
 
c) Household waste, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the trash cans. Selective waste sorting must be respected. All bulky objects (refrigerator carcass, iron bars, sheets, etc.) are excluded.  
e) Car washing is strictly prohibited inside the campsite. f) Washing of laundry and dishes is strictly prohibited outside the designated facilities for this purpose.  
g) Clothes drying will take place, if necessary, at the common dryer. However, it is tolerated until 11 o’clock near the accommodations, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. It should never be done from trees. The installation of individual umbrella dryers on the pitches must be authorized by the manager.  
h) Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to nail into trees, cut branches, private plantings must receive prior authorization from the manager or his representative. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, land, or campsite facilities is the responsibility of the perpetrator. i) For year-round residents, the payment of the fee does not include the maintenance of interior parcels delimited by fences or equivalent or containing too many personal objects. The maintenance then becomes the responsibility of the lessee. 

 
j) It is not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground and carry out masonry work. 

 
The location that has been used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it upon entry into the premises. 

k) prohibition of displaying or advertising on the pitches or campsite fences. 

l) Building huts (wooden shelters with corrugated sheets, or chipboard or others) 

m) Installations must not receive any additions, except awnings in good condition and with satisfactory aesthetic appearance (color, materials, etc.), and after prior approval of the manager. Any addition not meeting these conditions must be immediately removed at the manager's request. 

No modification can be made without obtaining approval from the manager. 

 
11. Safety 

 
a) Fire. 

 
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Barbecues must be kept in good working condition and not used in dangerous conditions. Wood barbecues are available at various locations in the campsite, please respect these. 

 
In case of fire, immediately notify the management. The fire extinguishers can be used in case of need. 

 
A first aid kit is available at the reception. 

 
b) Theft. 

 
The management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper is responsible for their own installation and must report to the manager the presence of any suspicious person. 

Although surveillance is provided, clients are encouraged to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. 

c) Electricity 

For the distribution of electricity to caravans, the amperage is limited to 10A. Each caravan must be connected by means of a cable complying with current standards and will be responsible for its own equipment in case of a fault or accident resulting from it. 

 
12. Games 

 
No violent or bothersome games may be organized near the facilities. 
The reception office may not be used for active games. 
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents. 

 
13. Dead Storage 

 
No unoccupied equipment may be left on the site, except with the agreement of the management and only at the specified location and under your responsibility. This service may be subject to a fee. 

 
14. Breach of internal regulations  
a) In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of this internal regulation, the manager or his representative may verbally or in writing, if deemed necessary, require the latter to cease the disturbances.  
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the internal regulations and after being required by the manager to comply with them, the manager may immediately terminate their stay/contract . 
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call on the police. b) Servitude : At any time, a right of way will be granted free of charge for the various pipelines, in the general interest of the campsite on each of the pitches without the tenant being entitled to any compensation for its inconveniences or its duration. The tenant must also allow the campsite manager or any person mandated for this purpose to enter the premises for checking. 15. Enforcement This regulation is posted at the entrance of the campsite, at the door of the reception office. It will be handed to campsite users. Violations of this regulation will be ascertained and pursued in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. (1) To be completed by the operator. (2) To be completed by the operator. Related links:  A N N E X E I I INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THE INFORMATION NOTICE PROVIDED TO CLIENTS WHO RENT A PITCH FOR A YEAR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A LEISURE MOBILE RESIDENCE, PRIOR TO SIGNING THE LEASE CONTRACT 
An information notice is systematically provided by the operator to clients wishing to rent a pitch for year-round occupancy prior to signing the lease contract. They confirm having read it. 
Clients renting a pitch for the year under a one-year renewable contract cannot establish their domicile in the campsite or leisure residential park. 
The information notice must specify the following information, before the conclusion of the lease contract: On the content of the contract SIRET number, opening period, pitch number and surface specifying the arrangement of the leisure accommodation on the rented pitch and the renewal conditions including indemnification conditions in case of non-renewal of the contract at the operator’s initiative, if the owner has contributed to the installation costs of their accommodation. 
Identification of the accommodation owner (name, address…) and persons allowed to stay on the pitch, type of leisure mobile residence: brand, model, color, manufacturing and acquisition dates, surface area, and maximum capacity (in number of persons), supplier identification of the leisure mobile residence (name, business name, address, guarantee and liability conditions). Regarding obsolescence The obsolescence of a leisure mobile residence is assessed based on a description established jointly between the pitch renter and the accommodation owner. This description must include the following information: interior and exterior condition of the leisure mobile residence, exterior aesthetic appearance, general condition of the chassis, mobility state, safety and environmental appearance, additional equipment (if any, to be determined with the operator). Various points The tenant must have insurance covering their leisure mobile residence (particularly against theft, fire or explosion, as well as civil liability). 
The campsite operator will inform the tenant of: 
― the limitation of the number of people on the pitch; 
― the conditions of use of the garden shed. 
The operator and the tenant agree on the conditions for possible subletting of the leisure mobile residence. 
In the event of selling the leisure mobile residence by the manager, it can be agreed that the owner of the outdoor accommodation remunerates the operator by a commission of a pre-determined amount agreed upon corresponding to the actual visits and marketing of said accommodation. Regarding the modification of the internal regulations 

If applicable, the notice must inform the client at least six months before the effective date of substantial changes to the internal regulations. 

Mandatory reminder of the applicable regulations 
for the installation of outdoor accommodations 

a) Definition of the leisure mobile residence: 
Leisure mobile residences are habitable land vehicles, intended for temporary or seasonal leisure use, which retain mobility means allowing them to be moved by traction but which the road code prohibits from being circulated (article R.* 111-33 of the town planning code). 
b) Installation rules for the leisure mobile residence: 
In accordance with article R. 111-34 of the town planning code, the installation of leisure mobile residences is only authorized on the following developed sites: 
― campsites duly created; 
― residential leisure parks; 
― holiday villages classified as light accommodation within the meaning of the tourism code (art. D. 325-3-3 of the tourism code). 
They cannot be installed on private land. In application of article R. 111-34-1 of the town planning code, leisure mobile residences cannot be installed on a location that has been the subject of a sale in full ownership, a transfer of social rights entitling to its allocation in ownership or enjoyment, or a lease for a term exceeding two years, located within a campsite, holiday village, or family home.
