In order to benefit from the services offered by our campsite, we ask you to carefully read the general conditions below. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Making a reservation implies complete acceptance of our general conditions.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS– The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when reserving online.– Reservations only bind the campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and generally, on all circumstances that could hinder the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, with accommodations specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that seeks to circumvent it.– The reservation of a camping pitch or rental is made strictly for personal use. You cannot sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping pitch
– The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to restrooms and reception facilities.
Rental
– Rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is 2 to 6 places depending on the type of rental.
– The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.
RATES AND TOURIST TAX– The indicated prices are valid for the current year. They correspond to a day, for pitches and to a week, and are expressed in euros, VAT included.
– The amount of the tourist tax is 0.25 € per night and per person aged 18 and over.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS– For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a 30% deposit of the total amount of the reserved services must be paid upon reservation at the campsite.
– The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite.
– For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS1. Modification of your reservation
– Changes concerning your reservation can be made without charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
– In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the date of arrival stated in the contract, and you consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.
2. Unused services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) on your part will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Cancellation by the campsite
In case of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not result in any compensation for damages.
YOUR STAY
4. Arrival
– The arrival days are variable depending on the period (check directly with the campsite).
– Rental accommodations: On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 PM, with the inventory having been carried out beforehand. At the handover of the keys to your rental, a deposit of 200 € will be required. This deposit will be returned to you upon departure and after the inventory, if your accommodation is returned without damage and in perfect condition of cleanliness upon your departure.
5. During your stay
The camper is responsible: the campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, and in case of incidents related to the camper's civil liability.
All clients must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
Each registered camper is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with them or visit them.
6. Departure
Rental accommodations: On the day of departure indicated in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 AM. The accommodation must be returned in perfect condition of cleanliness, and the inventory will be checked, any broken or damaged items will be your responsibility, as well as bringing the location back to order if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deducting any compensation retained for any damage noted during the exit inventory. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude any additional compensation in case the costs exceed the amount of it. If departure is carried out outside the reception opening hours and without our control, a cleaning fee of 80 € will then be charged, regardless of the type of rental.
If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of 80 € including tax will be charged.
For any delayed departure, an additional day's charge at the current night rate will be applied.
DOGSDogs are accepted in the campsite for a fee payable at the time of your reservation, except for first and second category dogs. Only one pet per rental and per pitch is permitted. Upon arrival, if you arrive with a second dog, the keys will not be handed over and no refund will be made. Where allowed, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited near the water body and in buildings. The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date.
DISPUTEIn case of a dispute and after having contacted the "customer service" of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the option to contact a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to the operator.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CAMPSITEThe customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or any third party of false information mentioned in the brochure or the campsite's website regarding promotional photos, descriptors, activities, leisure, services, and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the campsite’s website are non-contractual. They are for informational purposes only. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are removed, particularly for climatic reasons or in case of force majeure as defined by French courts.
COMPUTER AND FREEDOMThe collection of personal data, their use for processing orders and the creation of customer files, and their dissemination to third parties in charge of executing and paying for orders, is subject to the consent of the data subject.
The processing of personal data, which is collected and stored by the seller solely for the purpose of proper management of orders and business relations, is subject to a declaration to the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms. Personal data is retained only for a duration strictly necessary for the service provided.
The service provider only collects and uses data that is strictly necessary to satisfy the needs and services for which they have been collected.
In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Act, the recipient of the service has the right to access, modify, rectify, oppose, and delete personal data concerning them at any time, or to request to limit their processing and portability, with the processing manager being our administrative service to whom they can simply write for any request in this regard, at the campsite's address, stating their names, first names, and address.
The service provider incorporates the requirements for the protection of personal data in all its new procedures and service offerings.
The service provider prohibits the disclosure of information relating to its customer or its property that it may have accessed in the performance of its service.
These data will not be transferred to a non-EU member state.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEECancellation of the reservation: the customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L.221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts concerning accommodation service provisions that must be provided on a specific date or period.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS: It is posted at the entrance of the campsite. We thank you for understanding.
All customers must comply with the internal regulations of the campsite.
The non-compliance with the regulations may result in expulsion from the campsite without any refund.
